Words@Work is always interested in becoming acquainted with talented and
experienced freelance translators Dutch-English (and vice versa). We are particularly
looking for translators skilled in the fields of law, finance, accounting
and human resources, preferably with industry as well as translation experience.
We expect freelancers to work strictly to deadline, deliver the agreed quality
and, most importantly, communicate pro-actively and intelligently. In return,
we offer good terms, challenging work and an opportunity to build an amicable
and fruitful business relationship.
Because of the nature of much of our work, all freelancers must be willing
to sign a strict confidentiality agreement and may be asked to agree to a
background check. Freelancers operating from the Netherlands must be in possession
of the appropriate “VAR” statement. You may also be asked to perform a trial translation and/or submit a portfolio of work.
